The corrector provides illumination and correction up to 60mm image circle diameter. – TSFLAT3 – 1.0x corrector: The corrector is screwed directly onto the M92 thread of the focuser. The TS-Optics Photoline Apo can be combined with all suitable correctors. This even allows the use of binoviewers without glass path compensation. There is a generous working distance of 140 mm from the 2″ receptacle, which can be further extended by a removable segment between the tube and focuser. The drawtube is ball bearing mounted for precise adjustment even under extreme loads such heavy cameras. The telescope comes with a high end 3.7″ focuser with rack and pinion drive. It incorporates a lens cell that offers adjustment stability as the cell is adjustable via pull and push screws. The TS-Optics Photoline Apo features an apochromatic triplet lens with FPL55 glass as the apo element and additional special Lanthanum glass for even better chromatic correction.
The telescope offers an inexpensive entry into the world of really big refractors and is available from APM Telescopes for $4,750US. Ionic substitution also brings stability to the active copper ion component in the combustion synthesized catalyst with lower risk of Cu-leaching as compared to the corresponding impregnated and coprecipitated catalysts as evidenced from the recycling experiments.The TS-Optics Photoline Apo is a 155mm f/8 FPL55 Triplet Apochromat that is the largest apo available from Teleskop-Service. Enhanced activity over the combustion synthesized catalyst wherein Cu 2+ ion is present as substitutional ion in ceria has been attributed to Cu–O–Ce ionic interaction. Influences of temperature and time, H 2O 2 concentration and solvent have also been investigated. Powder XRD, TEM and XPS studies show ionically substituted copper over ceria as the predominant phase in the combustion derived catalyst whereas on the impregnated and coprecipitated catalysts copper is present in the dispersed copper oxide form. The activity of this combustion synthesized catalyst is also higher than the corresponding catalyst prepared by incipient wetness impregnation and coprecipitation methods. Particularly, over the Cu 0.10Ce 0.90O 2− δ catalyst, 43% conversion of benzene with 100% selectivity was observed at 70 ☌ and atmospheric pressure. Of all the catalytic formulations prepared via a novel solution combustion synthesis, the ceria based catalysts showed highest activity.
Liquid phase direct oxidation of benzene to phenol was carried out over copper loaded on oxides such as ceria, alumina, magnesia, ferric oxide, zinc oxide with 30% H 2O 2 as oxidant under atmospheric pressure.
